Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://hprofessionalroofing.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. H Professional Roofing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Roofing, Flat Roof Repair, Gutter Installation, Metal Roofing, Residential Roofing, Roof Inspection, Roof Replacement, Shingle Installation provided by H Professional Roofing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by H Professional Roofing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. H Professional Roofing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://hprofessionalroofing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. H Professional Roofing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of H Professional Roofing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify H Professional Roofing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
